By booking a ticket to a muslim-marriage-events.com event, you acknowledge your acceptance of the ‘muslim-marriage-events.com’ terms and conditions and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of our terms and conditions as defined below.
  1. By registering with muslim-marriage-events.com you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are single.
  2. Your use of the muslim-marriage-events.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorise others to use your details, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your booking to any other person or entity.
  3. muslim-marriage-events.com is not a matchmaking service, we simply host events where single people can meet one another.
  4. We cannot and do not verify personal information on our guests, such as marital status, or any other aspects of their general background. It is your responsibility to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so.
  5. Please approach any contact with our guests with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people for the first time.
  6. We will not divulge your contact or personal details to anyone without your express permission, unless required to do so by law.
  7. We may use your contact details to inform you of future events, which we think, may be of interest to you.
  8. If due to any unforeseen circumstances we are no longer able to hold an event at the venue as originally planned, we reserve the right to move the event to an alternative venue. In this unlikely instance, we will always provide our guests with as much notice as possible.
  9. All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be given if you do not attend or choose to cancel a booking you have made.
  10. We do our utmost to ensure that the ratio of males to females at all events is a 50/50 ratio. Our website has technology built in to ensure that tickets are sold on an even ratio. However, due to potentially unforeseen circumstances on the day of the event, we accept no responsibility for either an uneven ratio, or shortfall in male or female guests at the event, preventing this from being possible.
  11. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to expel, without refund, guests who become, or have been in the past, abusive and/or offensive and/or acted inappropriately to any other guests/staff.
  12. We take no responsibility for any emotional distress, or physical injury that may arise from communications with other guests registered with muslim-marriage-events.com, without limitation, either during, or at any stage after one of our events.
  13. We accept no responsibility for any content arising in any written or verbal communications which may arise from one of our events where members of the press are in attendance.
  14. muslim-marriage-events.com events are held at venues across the UK over which we have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured, or suffer damages to yourself or your personal items, of any kind at one of our events, you agree to release ‘muslim-marriage-events.com’ from any liability with respect thereof.
  15. We reserve the right to cancel any event and provide a full refund, but no other compensation, in this unlikely case.
  16. When you book an event with muslim-marriage-events.com, you must supply a daytime telephone number OR mobile phone number for at least ONE guest on the booking. In the event that we are forced to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will NOT take any responsibility for Guests who arrive at an event unless they have supplied us with telephone contact details.
  17. Every care is taken to ensure that information on the muslim-marriage-events.com website is correct and accurate, however we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.
  18. Please Arrive Promptly, entry to the event is only allowed during the first 30 minutes and late attendees may be refused entry to the event after it has started. This is designed to reduce disruption to the event.
  19. If you wish to sponsor an event - to distribute leaflets, raise awareness of your products & services or collect money for charity. This should be arranged well in advance of an event. A sponsorship fee will be due payable by business sponsors, this may be waived for charitable organisations, at our sole discretion. No refunds will be given if you fail to attend or withdraw sponsorship.
